Birgivi Mehmed Efendi'nin İslam mezheplerine bakışı

Abstract

Birgivî Mehmed Efendi, XVI. yüzyılda yaşamış bir Osmanlı Türk âlimidir. Bu çalışma "Birgivî Mehmed Efendi'nin İslam Mezheplerine Bakışı" hakkındadır. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, çalışmamızda kullanmış olduğumuz yöntem ve kaynaklar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Birgivî'nin yaşadığı dönem, hayatı, doğumu, hocaları, talebeleri ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. İkinci bölüm, Birgivî'nin mezhep tanımı, mezhepleri tasnif metodu, Ehl-i Sünnet tanımı ve Ehl-i Sünnet ve'l- Cemaat hakkındaki görüşlerini içermektedir. Üçüncü bölüm ise, Birgivî'nin bid'at fırkaları tasnifi ve bu fırkaların temel görüşleri incelenmektedir. Sonuç kısmında ise genel bir değerlendirme yapılmaktadır.

Birgivî Mehmed Efendi was an Ottoman Turkish scholor lived in the 16.th century. This work is about "Birgivî Mehmed Efendi's View Towards İslam Sects", our work consiots of introduction and three parts. In the inroduction part there is a brief information about the methods and sources used in our work. There is a brief information about the period when Birgivî lived, his life, his birth, his teachers, his students and his works in the first part. The second part includes Birgivî's definetion of sect, the classification method of sects, the definition of sunni and wiews about Ahl al-Sunnah and al-Jamaa. In the third part the claaification of Bid'ah sects and the basic views of these sects have been examined. There is a general evaluation in the conclusion part
