TR 72'de girişimcilik profilinin analizi

Abstract

Türkiye'yi 26 bölgeye ayıran NUTSII kriterlerine göre TR72(Kayseri, Sivas ve Yozgat) bölgesinde her ilde girişimcilik eğitimi alan kişilerin girişimcilik profillerini değerlendirmek amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışma genel olarak genel olarak üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde girişimcilik kavramı ve ilgili kavramlar anlatılmaktadır. İkinci bölümünde bölgesel kalkınma ajanslarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise çalışma kapsamında yapılan uygulama ve bulgular yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın evrenini TR 72 bölgesi oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem ise ORAN Kalkınma Ajansı ve KOSGEB tarafından ortaklaşa verilen uygulamalı girişimcilik eğitimine katılan kursiyerlerden gönüllülük esasına göre321 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre kendi işlerinin sahibi olmak katılımcıların en büyük idealleridir ve katılımcılar maddi kazanç elde edemeyecekleri işlerde çalışmayı istememektedir.

This study has 3 main chapter On the purpose of evaluating the entrepreneurial profiles of Each city of TR72 (Kayseri, Sivas and Yozgat) which has been divided into 26 region according to NUTSII criteria. In the first chapter is told about the notions of Entrepreneurship. In the second chapter the development agencies is told. In the third chapter in case application and findigs take part as part of study. The sample of the study is the region of TR72. Sample includes the Applied Entrepreneurship Course which has been realized with the cooperation of Middle Anatolia Development Agency and Small and Medium Industry Development Organization based on a volunteer basis and it consists of 321 trainees. As a conclusion of study, many of participants agrees with the idea of ownership of ownaffairs is the great ideals and the participants do not want to work in jobs where they can not earn money.
