Türkiye Minuartia L. (Caryophyllaceae) cinsi Minuartia seksiyonuna ait taksonların tüy mikromorfolojilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye Minuartia L. cinsi Minuartia seksiyonuna ait 34 taksonun yaprak kını, yaprak yüzeyi, pedisel ve sepal örnekleri ışık mikroskobunda (IM) genel olarak ve taramalı elektron mikroskopta (SEM) 3 farklı büyütmede detaylı olarak görüntülenmiş ve tüy mikromorfolojisi incelenmiştir. Bu veriler kullanılarak türler veya tür altı taksonlar arasında tüylenmenin gerçekten ayırt edici bir karakter olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca seksiyona ait 34 taksonun tüy betimlemeleri elde edilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan 19'u endemik olup seksiyonun endemizm oranı % 56'dir. Çalışma Minuartia cinsi üzerine yapılan ilk tüy mikromorfoloji çalışmasıdır. Bu nedenle bazı taksonlarda görülen nadir tüy tipleri SEM yardımı ile ilk kez belirlenmiştir.

In this study, leaves, leaf surface, pedicel and sepal specimens of 34 taxa belonging to the genus Minurtia L. section Minuartia of Turkey were examined in three different magnifications in light microscope (IM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) in detail and feather micromorphology was examined. Using this data it is aimed to determine whether the feathering between species or subspecies is indeed distinctive. Also, 34 facial hair descriptions of the section were obtained. 19 of these taxa are endemic and the endemism rate is 56%. The study was the first feather micromorphology study on the genus Minuartia. For this reason, rare feather types seen in some taxa have been determined for the first time with the help of SEM.
