Karanlıkdere Vadisi'nin (Yozgat) phenopelopoid akarları üzerine sistematik araştırmalar

Abstract

Karanlıkdere Vadisi'nde döküntü, liken, yosun ve toprakta yaşayan Phenopelopoid akarlar, Ağustos 2013 – Haziran 2014 tarihleri arasında toplanan örnekler esas alınarak sistematik bakımdan değerlendirildi. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda Phenopelopidae familyasına ait iki tür tespit edilmiş olup bunlardan Peloptulus montanus Hull, 1914 Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt olarak, Eupelops acromios (Hermann, 1804) ise daha önce Türkiye'den bilinen tür olarak belirlendi. Neticesinde tespit edilen türlerin, ışık mikroskobu ve tarama elektron mikroskobu incelemeleri yapılarak çeşitli vücut yapılarına ait ölçümleri yapıldı, fotoğrafları çekildi, yaşama alanları ile dünyadaki yayılışları verildi ve çeşitli sistematik sorunları tartışıldı

Phenopelopoid mites inhabiting in litter, lichen, moss and soil in Karanlıkdere Valley were evaluated for the systematic point of view, based on samples collected in between August 2013 – June 2014. As a result of the assessment, two species belonging to the family Phenopelopidae were determined. Of these, Peloptulus montanus Hull, 1914 is new records for the Turkish fauna; Eupelops acromios (Hermann, 1804) have already been determined in Turkey. The identified species were examined by a light microscopy and scanning electron microscopes, the measurements belonging to their various body structures were done and and also photographed; their habitats and distributions on the world were given and systematical problems discussed.
