Renklendirici gıda katkı maddelerinden brıllıant blue ve sunset yellow'un insan periferal lenfosit kültürlerinde genotoksik etkilerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Mutajenik, karsinojenik, teratojenik ve güçlü toksik faktörlerin, insanlar ve diğer canlılar üzerindeki genotoksik ya da mutajenik etkilerinin incelenmesinde çeşitli sitogenetik yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Brilliant Blue ve Sunset Yellow renklendirici gıda katkı maddelerinin periferal kan lenfositlerinde mikronükleus, mitotik indeks ve replikasyon indeksi üzerine etkileri değerlendirildi. Genotoksik testlerin sonuçlarına göre, Brilliant Blue ve Sunset Yellow mikronükleus sıklığını arttırırken, mitotik indeks ve replikasyon oranlarını azalttı. Sonuçlar bu renklendirici gıda katkı maddelerinin özellikle yüksek konsantrasyonlarda potansiyel genotoksik ve sitotoksik bileşikler olduğunu göstermektedir.

Mutagenic, carcinogenic, teratogenic and toxic factors, strong, people and other genotoxic or mutagenic effects on organisms in the study of various cytogenetic methods are used. In this study, it was investigated that the effects of Brilliant Blue and Sunset Yellow from food colorant additives on micronucleus, mitotic index and replication index will in peripheral blood lymphocytes. According to the results of the genotoxic tests, the brilliant Blue and sunset Yellow are increased the frequencies of the micronucleus and decreased the rate of mitotic and replication indexes. The results showed that these food colorant additives are potential genotoxic and cytotoxic compounds at high concentrations.
